It was pretty easy. It took about 3.5 hours from 13000/36000 Hated to friendly.

Who cares? I can destroy all the guards when I land in their cities, and I never use the faction auction house, much less the neutral one.

If I'm going to do the fishing competition I can rebuild rep with a repeatable quest for silk cloth and red dye at 500 rep per turn in.
